Policies

As of July 1st 2022 our new Policy for No Shows and Late Cancelations will take effect.

Appointments Must be canceled 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for No fee to occur. After 12 hours this is considered a late Cancel and you will be charged 50 % of the service booked.

Cancelations made 1hr prior to booking time will be charged 100% of the Service.

No Shows will be charged 100% of booked service

Executive Members who No Show for appointment will forfeit 1 Haircut from their package. Late Cancels for Members will be charged 50% of the service ( based on the Executive Membership rate for services ).

A Credit Card will be required to book all appointments. Late Cancelations & No-Show fees will be charged to the card on file.
